In 2003 I brought a Alan White sofa and love seat in Denver Colorado at American Furniture ., I still own both sets and love it .. I have moved across country and it still very strong and durable.

I hav a chair that was a shower gift ...bought from buy buy baby ....it’s beautiful but I think something happened when being moved from one home to another ...it’s the base when seated it rocks to floor forward I think it’s a simple adjustment...please call me to see if someone can come out to assess problem ...it really hasn’t even been used

I want to start with that i have a video of the quality of this sofa and it's not good for this company!!!I got the insurance but it expired a few months before i noticed the problem bc it was on the back of the sofa against the wall. I pulled my sofa out and saw wear and tear in the fabric and after investigating it was a loose board from the back rubbing the fabric . I couldn't afford to pay $200 for repairs so i unstapled part of the lining in the bottom. That board was never attached.... faulty sofa!!! Some of the staples that were suppose to attach to another board for support never went through the other piece of wood which cause the other staples to come lose. The quality of this sofa is awful!

I agree the quality of furniture is no where what we received. Less than3 months and every single piece is falling apart. We thought this furniture for the price would be outstanding but such a disappointment

Owners of business lack integrity, produce inferior priduct, lie, do not keep time line and are downright rude and obnoxious. Worst experience ever. Had my small rv sofa for 6 weeks and finally delivered it with crooked seams and puckered corners on cushions. Paid $825 for that job. Do not go there!!!!

My puppy chewed a huge hole in one of my cushions. I have sent 4 emails to customer service trying to order some fabric to match. I have yet to hear back from them. That was 2 months ago! There is no phone # on their web page...only customer service email address. Well, customer service, you suck!!!

Purchased a sofa and loveseat several years ago. Had no problems ever. After a few years I gave it to my daughter. She kept it a few years and later blessed someone in need. It still looked extremely well. Yesterday I picked out another sofa. Excited about getting it.

I paid high price for two matching chairs. Waited 7 weeks for them to be made & delivered. The first one pattern match was not great but acceptable. The second chair was so mismatched it looked like I bought it from Value City instead of Havertys. The picture I saw of what I had purchased and what I received was no way the same quality. Havertys contacted the company and they said there was "no guarantee" that they could match the pattern. Why would they even offer the fabric as a selection if they couldn't match it. They cut corners and piece milled this chair to save on their costs while I paid premium for this fabric . If they can't guarantee a match then why even offer the fabric in their selection. Poor quality control!!!! The picture of the first chair is what I received the other photo is what I ordered

Love our Alan White Furniture

I've had an Alan White sofa, loveseat, and chair for 18 years. It has held up wonderfully. Just as another owner commented, I have taken the cushion covers off many times and washed them on delicate cycle and then put them on the cushions right out of the washer to dry....just to make sure they did not shrink. I am now wanting to replace our set with something else from Alan White (if I can find a dealer...the website does not list dealers as it is supposed to.) :( We have cats and over the years the cats have scratched in some places; otherwise, we would not even have to replace it now.

We had an Allan white sofa for 12 years. The cover was removable with pale yellow and white stripes. Although the slipcovers said dry clean only, during the time we had it, I removed the slip covers and washed them in my home washing machine many times, dried them on low, and put them back on my sofas. They laundered beautifully, didn't shrink or fade, and sofas were clean and like new. They never sagged, were so wonderfully comfortable. When we moved to a new home, we sold the sofa and love seat, and I regret it every day. Sure wish we had kept our Allan White sofa. We replaced it with a leather Basset reclining sofa and love seat, ( not nearly as comfortable) Sent from my iPad

We bought a Alan White couch, love seat, chair, and ottoman in 2004 while we were living in Texas and it still looks great. The fabric which we picked shows no wear or tears. The only issue is the cushion is now starting to look flat in one spot on the couch and one spot on the loveseat. However, it is no fault of the Alan White design, it's our fault for not rotating the cushions on a regular basis after 10 years. One spot is my husbands and the other is mine. And the only reason I am looking to buy another Alan White set, is because I am ready for a color change from Eggplant to an off white or beige. Still love my Alan White furniture. Ours is still good enough to pass down to a family member. I will be adding some more stuffing inside flat area before I give it to a family member. Who loves the style and color. Also, this furniture has upheld through two professional moves from Texas to NC and to Ga. I can say we got our monies worth. Thank you Alan White!

Purchased an Alan White sofa and chair with matching ottoman around the year 2000. Within the first month, the leg broke off of the chair. The retail store I purchased it from repaired it. I've not had any issues with the chair since; however, I've not been so lucky with the sofa. After the first year of purchase, I had three average-sized people sitting on the sofa when the main wooden brace broke. My company of three sank into the sofa. Thankfully, no one was hurt. I was totally embarrassed and angry at the Alan White company. The retail store stated the sofa was out of warranty. I had it repaired and the sofa continued to go downhill. What a shame after I spent so much money on a worthless piece of furniture.
